We offer a 100% refund if your institute is not satisfied with our software or services within the first 3 months of onboarding. No hidden terms, no questions asked — your trust matters to us.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund

• The refund request must be made within 90 days (3 months) from the official onboarding date.
• The request must come from an authorized representative of the institute.
• The institute must have used the platform in good faith and participated in at least one onboarding or support session.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back through the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.). Refund processing may take up to 10–15 business days depending on your bank/payment gateway.

Exceptions & Notes

• Refunds apply only to institutes (not individual users or students).
• No partial refunds will be processed after the 3-month window.
• Custom integrations or third-party services, if availed, may not be refundable.
